Zdzieszowice invite to visit the beautiful church of St.Anthony.
In 1935, there started building a new one-nave church of St.Anthony. It was made of limestone and its building was completed in 1937. It was designed by an engineer Feliks Hinssen from Berlin. The interesting thing is that there is a portrait of a countess Johanna von Schattgotsch, a wife of Johann Anton who supported financially building of a church. The painting is situated on the wall of a semicircular presbytery among paintings of Saints and other worshippers. During the bombing of Zdzieszowice in 1944, the church was badly damaged. It was rebuilt after the war and in 1960's its interior was renovated.
