The Church dates from 1610. In 1748 the Church was rebuilt, remaining unchanged to this day.
There are many historical relics of the 18th century preserved in the wooden structure: pulpit with the four evangelists, bench candlesticks, feretrum with the image of Saint Anne and the image of Gloria Cross. The oldest relic in the Church is the fragment of a stone baptismal font from the early 14th century, and Gothic sculptures: St. Hedwig from 1400 and Our Lady of Sorrows from 1500.
The Church was built in the Baroque style, oriented, single-aisle.
