Date of construction unknown, first mentioned in 1679, it was then a branch Church of Gorzów Śląski, then must have been destroyed, because the next record from 1792 says about reconstruction of the Church founded by Count Charles Sigismund von Aulock.
Oriented, wooden, log construction with front tower of post and beam construction. Altar of the late Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassical pulpit, the painting of Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane from the beginning of the 19th century and the Stations of the Cross of a folk character from around 1850.
