The Church was built in Polska Nowa Wieś in 1666-1688. In 1958-1962 moved to Szczepanek.
It was reconstructed there by the octogenarian master carpenter Antoni Piontek.
Wooden Church, built in the Baroque style, oriented, single-aisle, timbered, on foundation, with a tower of post and beam construction added to the nave. The presbytery closed on three sides, with the adjacent vesrty.
