The parish in Żychlin is the only Evangelical Reformed Church parish which survived from the time of Reformation until this day.
Its buildings have typical characteristics of evangelical sacred architecture. The Church buildings complex is used until today the same way as it was planned when the sanctuary was built. All this makes the monastery an absolutely unique Church in Poland.
A collection of precious historical and artistic gravestones gathered since 1985 is displayed right next to the Church and the bell tower, in a so-called lapidarium. They come from all over Poland, from regions where former reformation parishes were located and where only the remains of cemeteries have survived to this day.
