The Church was built in the middle of the fifteenth century and consecrated in 1460 by Bishop of Przemysl, Mikołaj Błażejowski.
Its present appearance the Church owes to a complete restoration done by the architect Tadeusz Stryjeński in 1903. As a result of restoration it lost its original character. The foundation was replaced then as well as the wreaths of walls, roof structure and ceiling and the walls on both sides were boarded. The new bell turret was built and the roof was covered with metal sheet. On the west side the porch was added. The furnishing is worth noting, the Mannerist altar in the form of a triptych from the early seventeenth century, completely reorganized. In the central area the crucifixion is shown, and on the altar’s wings there are St. Adalbert and St. Stanisław presented. In addition, there are two Baroque altar settings made by Krosno carvers.
