Fort complex of left bank fortifications (including town of Koźle) and right bank fortifications, a semi-brick of bastion type.
Founded at the beginning of the 18th century on the site of the city walls. Rebuilt in 1744 to 1745 by the Prussian army. In the 19th and early 20th century, fragments of fortifications were partially built over, partly transformed into a park and gardens, adapting fortress buildings for various purposes.
