The temple was built in 1923, on the site of an older wooden Church. Next to the Church, there is a wooden bell tower.
The Church is oriented, three-section, with a vesrty to the north and a sanctuary closed on three sides. It was built in log construction. Octagonal tambour with a roof in the form of an onion dome towering above the nave. Next to the Church, there is a three-storey bell tower of post and beam construction on an octagonal plan, topped with a pyramidal roof. The orthodox Church in Młodowice is one of the few examples of modernist forms in a wooden sacred architecture.
