The made of brick, late Baroque Church originally belonging to the Dominicans is the true ornament of Horodło.
The former monastery complex consists of the temple building, a wooden bell tower, vicarage and the Church cemetery. The facade of the temple is a two-tower structure. Inside the Church there are the Baroque stucco decorations. In the main altar there is a painting of the Madonna and a Child from the seventeenth and eighteenth century which is a subject of a local cult, in the veil of that painting there is a painting of St. Hyacinth from in the eighteenth century. The patrons of Church are St. Hyacinth and Our Lady of the Rosary. In the churchyard there is a cross in honor of the killed soldiers of AK (the Country Army).
