On the area of the former village Mogiła (now a district of Nowa Huta, one of the XVIII districts of Cracow) there is a Church and monastery of the Cistercians.
The monastery dates from 1255. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful Cistercian churches in Poland and Europe. It is located on the European Cistercian trail. In the Church there is worth noting the Chapel of the Miraculous Crucifix carved in the fourteenth century. From centuries, the faithful celebrate the altar on their kenes.
