The village Żyrowa invites You to visit beautiful Church of St. Nicholas.
Post-Cistercian parochial church of St. Nicholas (św. Mikołaja) from 1300. In side-chapel, there is family vaultof the last owners of palace - Johannes and Mary von Francken-Sierstopff. The most precious removable monuments are two paintings: of St Florian and St Joseph with The Infant Jesus in his arm, from the second half of XVIII century. In church, there are also paintings of ancestral crests of three following owners of Żyrowa: Żyrowscy family, kin of von Gaschin and von Francken-Sierstopff family. In the neighbourhood of church there are nature monuments: over 220-years old Sycamore Maple and 270-years old, cut Small-leaved Lime "witness", covered with small roof and alley of yews.
