The former Greek Catholic church dedicated to St. Archangel Michael (Catholic church since 1986) was erected, or restructured, in 1757.
It was renovated in 1796, and then between 1826 and 1828; the tower was probably constructed at this time. Between 1847 and 1986 it wasn’t used. It was renovated in the 1990’s. The interior is decorated with a polychrome from the 2nd half of the 18th c. The church in Swiatkowa belongs to the typical sacred buildings erected in the west Lemkos’ Lands.
