The former parish Catholic church dedicated to St. Catherine was erected between 1760 and 1762 and was founded by Antoni from Siecin Krasicki.
It was thoroughly renovated in the 19th c, its neo-Baroque paintings come from this period, and after the damages of the two world wars. After 1961 it has fallen into disuse. In 2000, it was renovated and restructured. The church in Bachorzec is an example of wooden Baroque architecture.
